Dr. Lantushenko's research interests include mutual fund performance, institutional investors, mergers and acquisitions, sustainability, financial literacy, and real estate finance. She has presented her work at numerous academic conferences, including the annual meetings of the Financial Management Association, Southern Finance Association, and Eastern Finance Association, as well as the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association National Conference. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Financial Management, Journal of Financial Research, Financial Review, Journal of Financial Services Research, Managerial Finance, among others.
