My name is Terri Ridley. I am a Registered Nurse by trade and also have my BS in Health Care Administration as well as a Masters in Business Administration. I worked at Lancaster General Health (LGH) for 40 years and retired in May of 2022. I was very fortunate to have a successful career at LGH in both Nursing and Operations/Administration. I was also an Adjunct Faculty here at Saint Joseph's for the last 15 years and felt the calling to be a full-time Faculty, since my real passion is teaching and helping others to learn about the Healthcare System, and all of the many aspects surrounding health care.
I am married and have one daughter who lives and works in Philadelphia. Some of my interests include reading, walking and traveling. Every year in February my husband and I visit our favorite place (Dania Beach) in Florida.
