Taylor Moran serves as the Assistant Director of Prevention Academy, where she leads the development and execution of strategic prevention initiatives aimed at empowering students through education, advocacy, and community engagement. With a deep commitment to public health and youth development, Taylor is dedicated to creating inclusive, strengths-based programming that addresses substance use, promotes mental well-being, and equips young people with the tools they need to make informed, healthy choices.
A passionate advocate for prevention as an upstream, public health solution, Taylor combines lived experience with clinical expertise in her approach. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Addiction Counseling, Taylor’s career has spanned roles in recovery support, collegiate recovery, and prevention. These experiences have shaped her holistic, trauma-informed methodology for fostering resilience and growth among young people.
Taylor is deeply committed to challenging stigma, amplifying underrepresented voices, and empowering students to become leaders within their own lives and communities. She believes that through education, connection, and compassion, lasting change can be sparked in both individuals and the broader community.
