Dr. Moelter has been studying brain function and dysfunction since 1991 when he was an undergraduate research assistant in a visual neuroscience laboratory at Penn State University. Moelter earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology at Drexel University and completed pre and postdoctoral fellowships in neuropsychology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Moelter came to USciences in 2002, and teaches Neuropsychology, Neuropsychological Assessment, Cognitive Psychology, and Philosophy of Psychology at Saint Joseph's University. The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), National Institute on Aging (NIA), Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the VA Stars and Stripes Healthcare Network have supported his research.
