Natalie Walker Brown, M.S., serves as Director of Inclusion and Diversity Educational Achievement and has been at Saint Joseph’s University since January 2011. Her current responsibilities include providing outreach to and support of students of color, under-resourced and marginalized students related to their student success and academic achievement. This includes coordinating the Running Start Program (an early arrival program for underrepresented students), developing initiatives to support retention and providing individualized support for students.
