Kate Murphy, MS ’24 is an Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission. In this role, she oversees on and off campus recruitment events, works with international students and students from St. Joseph's Prep in Philadelphia, is the liaison for the John P. McNulty Women in STEM Scholarship, and works with all Division 1 recruited athletes and the St. Joe's coaching staff.
Murphy brings more than ten years of leadership experience in higher education. She is an active member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and the Collegiate Information and Visitor Services Association. Prior to Saint Joseph’s, she worked in Undergraduate Admission at Loyola University Maryland for two years and also spent a year in Bangkok, Thailand teaching English.
Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Loyola University Maryland. In 2024, she graduated from Saint Joseph's University with her Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership with a certificate in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
