Dr. Julie Tibbitt has worked in a variety of teaching and administrative positions within the Deaf and Special Education field. She holds a special interest in empowering Deaf learners through accessibility, administration, agency and assessment. She believes in equitable and thorough service to every single learner (and their teachers).
