With over 20 years’ experience in the field, Jim Christie has previously led the Respiratory Care Program as its program director. Jim’s experience in neonatal, pediatric, and adult care allows him to teach didactic, laboratory, and clinical courses in the program. Jim has provided extensive service to the College through committee work such as serving as the committee chair for Undergraduate Curriculum. Further service to the College includes working with local high school students in career immersion events in the simulation lab. When not engaged in work for the College, you can find Jim writing papers as he pursues a doctoral degree from the University of the Cumberlands. In his free time, Jim enjoys sports, music, and reading non-fiction.
