Debora Dukes is thrilled to join Prevention Academy as Administrative Assistant to the Prevention Academy Leadership Team. In this role, Deb plays a vital role in ensuring that Prevention Academy partner schools and community partners have a seamless and standardized process within all functions of day-to-day operations.
Deb began her career working in a small hair salon in the Bucks County Region. From that experience, she came to understand the importance and value of small business ownership. Launching her own salon in 1992, Deb is proud to have catered to new and repeat clientele for over 33 years. Learning about the business while raising her two young children and living a robust and engaged civic life is representative of Deb’s lifelong passion for learning, being engaged and supporting processes and teams that find solutions.
Deb lives in Upper Bucks County with her husband and two dogs, loves being with her family, enjoying her hobbies of crafting and crocheting and cruising unique and interesting places as her schedule allows.
