Cindy Banchik is a Paralegal and Office Manager for the General Counsel’s Office. In this role, she is responsible for managing the Office’s interactions with clients, attorneys, and other parties, administering University contract, litigation, dispute and insurance matters and files, reviewing and drafting correspondence and amendments, serving as a liaison to certain committees and working groups, and overseeing the effective management of the Office.
Before joining Saint Joseph’s in June 2021, Cindy provided global trade compliance support at FMC Corporation’s Law Department and coordinated the company’s global trade compliance. Cindy also worked in the Law Department at BASF Corporation with responsibility in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and contracts.
Cindy graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She also earned her Paralegal degree in Legal Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is fluent in Spanish.
Cindy is currently volunteering in two non-profit organizations and is a tutor in English as a Second Language (“ESL”).
