Cale Hoeflicker has performed as a soloist and a member of various ensembles throughout the United States, Germany, and Brazil. A dedicated teacher, he has 20 years of experience working with students of all ages and experience levels. His students have gone on to play and teach professionally, and to pursue further study in graduate school. He holds a Kontaktstudium Certificate from the Franz Liszt Hochschule für Music, which he attended on a Fulbright scholarship, a Master of Music degree in Guitar Performance from the University of Arizona, and a Doctor of Music degree in guitar performance, with minors in Music Education and Jazz Studies from Indiana University. He has had teaching positions at Pima Community College, Indiana University, Franklin University, and the University of Indianapolis, and has been teaching classical guitar at SJU since 2017.
