I graduated from the Cardiovascular Program at Lancaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences in 2006 and have been actively working in the field ever since. In 2013, I began working at the University as the clinical coordinator for the Cardiovascular Program and then moved into the role of program director in 2019. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Health Science from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences in 2017 and am currently enrolled in a Master's degree program for Science in Education at Saint Joseph's College in Maine.
I LOVE what I do, both in the lab and in the classroom! A career in cardiovascular technology has been such a fulfilling and rewarding experience. When I'm not saving lives or teaching future cardiovascular professionals, I enjoy being at home with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog, Hank. I'm originally from Pittsburgh so I am a huge Steelers fan! I also love coffee and spending time serving at my church, particularly in our disability ministry. In addition to serving at church, I also volunteer with a variety of other professional and non-professional organizations.
