Dr. Angela Bingham is Acting Chair, Clinical Associate Professor, PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program Director, and Residency Programs Coordinator within the Department of Pharmacy Practice at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She practices as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Cooper University Health Care in Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Bingham is board certified in nutrition support, critical care, and pharmacotherapy.
Dr. Bingham’s practice, teaching, and research activities are focused on pharmacotherapy in critical illness including nutrition support therapy. She is a Fellow of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and Society of Critical Care Medicine. Professional contributions have included: Chair, Board of Pharmacy Specialties Specialty Council on Nutrition Support Pharmacy; Chair, ASHP Council on Education and Workforce Development; Content Matter Expert, ASHP Critical Care Pharmacy Review and Recertification Program; Faculty, ACCP Teaching and Learning Academy Program; Chair, ASPEN Pharmacy Practice Section as well as task forces for adult critical care nutrition guideline revisions, parenteral nutrition appropriateness consensus recommendations, and standards of practice for nutrition support pharmacists. She is an Associate Editor for Nutrition in Clinical Practice and Assistant Editor for DiPiro's Pharmacotherapy: A Pathophysiologic Approach.
