Professor Williams brings 9 years of clinical experience, mostly as an emergency medicine Physician Assistant. She also brings experience in higher education, serving previously as a Director of Clinical Education and an Assistant Professor. Before becoming the Vice Chair and Associate Program Director at the University of the Sciences, she served as the founding Director of Didactic Education for the University of the Sciences PA program. She is a licensed Medication Assisted Treatment provider for treatment of Substance Use Disorder with clinical interests of emergency medicine and addiction medicine. As an educator, Professor Williams has experience in teaching professional practice, ethics, diagnostics, interprofessional education, clinical skills, emergency medicine, cardiology, women’s health, orthopedics, and clinical reasoning.
